Transition. (a) Any state, national, or Micronesian bank operating as a retail bank on February 6, 1984, provided the bank meets the requirements of 4 CMC § 6227, shall comply with the license and fee requirements of this article simultaneously with the next annual renewal of banking licenses required pursuant to 4 CMC § 6243.
