§ 6242. Posting and Inspecting of Licenses. All licenses issued under the provisions of this division shall be posted by the licensee and kept posted at all times in a conspicuous place in the bank for which the license was issued until replaced by a succeeding license. In addition, licensed retail banks shall post in a conspicuous place in the bank the nature of the required deposit insurance. Source: PL 3-104, § 251.
