§ 6362. Election. (a) The Delegate shall be elected by the people qualified to vote for the popularly elected officials of the Commonwealth of the Northern Islands. (b) The election of Delegate shall be conducted at the general election on the Tuesday next after the first Monday in November in even-numbered years, and at such elections every two years hereafter. (c) The Delegate shall be elected at-large and by a plurality of the votes cast for the office of Delegate. Source: PL 16-13, § 2(6362); (b) amended PL 17-11 § 13 (August 12, 2010).
