§ 6422. Duties of Candidates. Upon becoming a candidate, an individual may designate one committee to serve as his campaign committee. The candidate shall appoint a treasurer who shall also be the treasurer of the campaign committee and in that capacity he shall keep a record of all contributions and expenses received and made thereby.
