§ 6703. Unlawful Threats to Election Personnel. Any person who directly or indirectly threatens or intimidates the Commission, its designees, its representatives or its election workers so as to attempt or cause those persons not to perform their duties and responsibilities lawfully and in a proper manner, shall upon conviction be fined not more than $2,000 or imprisoned for not less than ninety (90) days and not more than five (5) years. There shall be no suspended sentences. Source: PL 12-18, § 2 (6703).
