Unlawful Solicitation or Negotiation for Offshore Bank Loans. It is unlawful for any person who is an officer, employee or agent in the Commonwealth of any offshore bank to actively solicit or negotiate with any person for a loan with that offshore bank. Source: PL 3-104, § 1009.
