§ 6912. Governor’s Warrant of Arrest: Penalty for Noncompliance. Any officer who delivers a person in his or her custody under the Governor’s warrant to the agent for extradition of the demanding state in disobedience of 6 CMC § 6911 is guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction thereof may be fined not more than $1,000, or be imprisoned not more than six months, or both.
