§ 6929. Bank Deposit and Safety Requirements. The credit union may, as it deems appropriate, make deposits of cash or other monetary instruments in banks which meet the requirements of 1 CMC § 7723, and in banks which meet the requirements of 1 CMC §§ 7723, 7727 and 7728.
