Limitation of Six Years

Limitation of Six Years. All actions other than those covered in 7 CMC §§ 2502, 2503, and 2504 shall be commenced within six years after the cause of action accrues or, in the case of actions brought by or on behalf of the former Saipan Credit Union or its depositors, shareholders, investors, or guarantors on account of their interest therein, within 10 years after the cause of action accrues.
