§ 7141. General. The purpose of this article is to set forth the technical procedures, requirements and minimum standards which shall regulate and control the design, construction, enlargement, quality of materials, use and occupancy, location, removal, and maintenance of all buildings and structures and electrical, plumbing, mechanical and boiler installations within the Northern Mariana Islands, and certain equipment specifically regulated herein.
