§ 7253. Simplification of Process. To the maximum extent possible, in preparing the zoning plan the Zoning Board shall integrate the functions of zoning, land use planning, and environmental protection in the Commonwealth into a consolidated, simplified process whereby landowners and applicants may most directly meet lawful land use requirement.
