§ 7302. Capital Improvement Project Reprogramming Authority. (a) The Governor may reprogram unobligated funds appropriated for capital improvement projects only after a reprogramming request has been approved pursuant to 1 CMC § 7402(d) or after a project has been certified complete by the administering authority. (b) The Governor may reprogram unobligated funds from a capital improvement project which has not been certified complete, only after a reprogramming request has been approved pursuant to 1 CMC § 7402(d). (c) The Governor, may upon request from the mayor or the legislative delegation from the senatorial district involved, reprogram for other capital improvement projects within the senatorial district up to 10 percent of unexpended capital improvement funds from any capital improvement project within the district which has been certified complete by the administering authority. Reprogramming of funds greater than 10 percent must be approved pursuant to 1 CMC § 7402(d). Source: PL 3-68, § 302, modified.
