§ 7337. Violations of the Code. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to construct, enlarge, move, equip, use, occupy, or maintain any building or structure or cause to permit the same to be done, in violation of any provision of this code. When violation of the code has occurred, the fire safety official shall cause the violation to be corrected before issuance of occupancy certificate is permitted. Source: PL 11-56, § 7313, modified.
