§ 7509. General Penalties. Violation of any provision of this division for which a penalty is not otherwise provided shall be a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $1,000 if the offender is other than an individual person, and by a fine of not more than $500 or imprisonment for six months or both if the offender is an individual person.
