§ 7607. Effect of Noncompliance with Rating Regulation. If the Commissioner has reason to believe that noncompliance by an insurer with the requirements and standards of this chapter to be willful, or if within the period prescribed by the Commissioner in the notice required by 4 CMC § 7619, the insurer, rating or advisory organization does not make such changes as may be necessary to correct the noncompliance specified by the Commissioner or establish to the satisfaction of the Commissioner that such specified noncompliance does not exist, then the Commissioner may hold a hearing in connection therewith, provided that within a reasonable period of time which shall be not less than 10 business days before the date of such hearing, the Commissioner shall mail written notice to the insurer, rating or advisory organization involved specifying the matters to be considered at such hearing.
