§ 7609. Data Must Include Certain Information. The data collected and maintained by each insurer, rating organization or advisory organization pursuant to 4 CMC § 7610 shall be in sufficient detail to demonstrate the statistical significance of differences or correlations relevant to the rating plan definitions and rate differentials.
