§ 7631. Rate Filing to Include Statement of Administrative Expenses; Rules. An insurer licensed by the Commissioner shall include in any rate filing under 4 CMC § 7629 with respect to individual and small group health insurance policies a statement of administrative expenses in the form and manner prescribed by the department by rule. The statement must include, but is not limited to: (a) A statement of administrative expenses on a per member per month basis; and (b) An explanation of the basis for any proposed premium rate increases or decreases.
