§ 7635. Withholding or Giving False Information Prohibited. No person shall willfully withhold information from or knowingly give false or misleading information to the Commissioner, to any statistical agency designated by the Commissioner, to any rating organization, or to any insurer, which will affect the rates or premiums chargeable under this chapter.
