§ 7702. Penalties for Violations. Every person who willfully and knowingly violates any provision of 1 CMC § 7701 is guilty of a crime, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not more than $2,000 or imprisoned not more than two years, or both. Source: PL 3-68, § 702.
