§ 7916.
Rules and Regulations.
The Commissioner may establish and from time to time amend such rules relating to captive insurance companies as are necessary to enable him to carry out the provisions of this Chapter. The regulations authorized by this Section shall be promulgated within 180 days from the date of enactment of this Section. Source: PL 24-03, § 2 (June 12, 2025).
