§ 7921.
Confidential Treatment of Captive Information.
All information pertaining to the CNMI Captive Insurance Companies shall be deemed proprietary and confidential unless: (a) The Commissioner deems it in the public interest to make such information available for public inspection; or (b) The Parent company authorizes the Commissioner to make available such information for public inspection.
