Wills Executed Outside the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. A will is valid if executed outside the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands if its execution complies with Commonwealth law or the law at the time of execution of the place where the will is executed or where the testator is domiciled.
