War Claim Awards. Awards made by the Micronesian War Claims Commission shall devolve upon the heirs of the claimant in accordance with law; however, at the option of the petitioning heir, the heir may petition the court that the probate of a war claim be administered in accordance with this War Claims Probate Act, regardless of the amount of the war claim award.
