Chamorro Custom: Other Properties. (a) The surviving spouse obtains one-half of all properties, other than those listed in 8 CMC § 2902. (b) The issue of the decedent obtain one-half of all properties, other than those listed in 8 CMC § 2902, by representation. (c) If there is no surviving spouse, the surviving issue obtain all properties by representation. (d) If there is no surviving spouse and no issue, the parents of the decedent take all properties, other than those listed in 8 CMC § 2902, and if there are no surviving parents, then to the siblings of the decedent by representation.
