§ 8195. Protection of Commonwealth Utility Corporation Employees Serving under Private Sector Assistance Agreement Management. (a) CUC and PUC, as the case may be, shall ensure that a PSAA protects the jobs of current CUC employees by allowing such employees to continue serving the utility for a fixed number of years or for an indefinite duration. (b) Additionally, CUC and PUC, as the case may be, shall ensure that a PSAA requires a contractor to engage in and provide training opportunities for certification to a largely resident worker labor force at competitive rates of compensation.
