§ 8202. Motor Vehicle Liability Insurance Required for Registration. No motor vehicle shall be registered or re-registered under 9 CMC, Division 2, Chapter 1 [9 CMC §§ 2101 to 2111] unless the application for registration or renewal of registration contains satisfactory evidence of minimum motor vehicle liability insurance.
