§ 8273. Eligibility. Any employee who is employed by the Commonwealth government, its agencies or instrumentalities, may apply for sick leave hours from the sick leave bank, provided that such request is supported by a certified medical statement from the attending physician. No employee may request for sick leave beyond his employment contract. Source: PL 8-25, § 5.
