§ 8310. Indorsement of Certificated Security in Bearer Form. An indorsement of a certificated security in bearer form may give notice of adverse claims (5 CMC § 8304) but does not otherwise affect any right to registration the holder possesses. Source: PL 3-56, § 1 (§ 8310).
