§ 8324. Requirements for Credit for Prior Service for Class I Members. [Repealed] Source: PL 6-17, ch. 2, § 8324; amended by PL 6-41, § 4; PL 8-39, § 2; PL 9-25, § 512; repealed by PL 13-60, § 3. Commission Comment: PL 9-25, which took effect January 24, 1995, repealed former subsections (b)(2), (3) and (4), concerning prior service credit for Trust Territory government, Peace Corps and Micronesian Legal Services Corporation employment. (See the comment to 1 CMC § 8327 for the text of former subsections (b)(3) and (4).) The Commission redesignated the remaining subsections of 1 CMC § 8324(b). PL 13-60 was enacted on December 5, 2003 and contained, in addition to other enactments, a short title, findings and purpose, severability, and savings clause provisions.
