§ 8326. Requirements for Credit for Prior Service for Class II Members. [Repealed] Source: PL 6-17, ch. 2, § 8326; amended by PL 8-39, § 4; PL 9-25, § 512; repealed by PL 13-60, § 3. Commission Comment: PL 9-25, which took effect January 24, 1995, repealed former subsections (b) and (c), concerning requirements for prior service credit for Trust Territory government and Peace Corps employment. (See the comment to 1 CMC § 8327 for the text of former subsections (b) and (c).) The Commission redesignated the remaining subsections of 1 CMC § 8326. PL 13-60 was enacted on December 5, 2003 and contained, in addition to other enactments, a short title, findings and purpose, severability, and savings clause provisions.
