§ 8327. Prior Service Administrative Provisions. [Repealed] Source: PL 6-17, ch. 2, § 8327; amended by PL 9-25, § 512, modified; repealed by PL 13-60, § 3. Commission Comment: Former 1 CMC § 8324(b)(3) and (4) provided: (3) 13 percent of all salary rendered to the Peace Corps in the Northern Mariana Islands from October 1, 1980; (4) 6.5 percent of all salary received for such prior service performed for the Micronesian Legal Services Corporation after October 1, 1980 and before May 7, 1989; Former 1 CMC § 8326(b) and (c) provided: (b) A percentage of each year’s salary received for such service performed for the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands after October 1, 1980, whereby the percentage shall be determined as the sum of the member contributions as required by [1 CMC § 8361] and the government contributions as required by [1 CMC § 8362] of this part. (c) A percentage of each year’s salary received for such services performed for the Peace Corps after October 1, 1980, whereby the percentage shall be determined as the sum of the member contributions as required by [1 CMC § 8361] of this part and the government contributions as required by [1 CMC § 8362] of this part. PL 13-60 was enacted on December 5, 2003 and contained, in addition to other enactments, a short title, findings and purpose, severability, and savings clause provisions.
