§ 8334. Requirement for Overtime or Compensatory Time Worked Service Credit. [Repealed] Source: PL 8-24, § 3; repealed by PL 13-60, § 3. Commission Comment: According to PL 8-24, § 5, this section and 1 CMC § 8333 retroactively took effect January 1, 1985. With respect to the reference to the “Director of Finance,” see Executive Order 94-3 (effective August 23, 1994), reorganizing the executive branch, changing agency names and official titles, and effecting other changes, set forth in the Commission comment to 1 CMC § 2001. PL 13-60 was enacted on December 5, 2003 and contained, in addition to other enactments, a short title, findings and purpose, severability, and savings clause provisions.
