NMI Retirement Fund. Notwithstanding any law or regulation to the contrary, the NMI Retirement Fund Board and Administrator shall, upon receipt of the CNMI government employer contribution as stated under 1 CMC § 8362(g), accept and provide full pension to all government employees described under 1 CMC § 8362(g) above.
