Cause for Dismissal. In accordance with Article III, Section 21 of the NMI Constitution, the Governor may dismiss a Commissioner only for one or more of the following causes: (a) Gross neglect or dereliction of duty; (b) Breach of fiduciary duty; (c) Conviction of a felony; or (d) Mental or physical incapacity.
