§ 8433. Compliance. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, no rate or charge for any regulated entity shall become effective without the approval of the Commission. In this respect a regulated entity shall comply with this Chapter in addition to complying with any other condition, contractual obligation, or obligation imposed upon it by law.
