§ 8436. Penalties. Except where otherwise required in this Chapter, any person or entity violating or neglecting or failing in any particular way to conform to or comply with this Chapter or any lawful order of the Commission shall forfeit or pay to the Public Utilities Commission not more than five-hundred Dollars for every violation, neglect, or failure per day.
