§ 8450. Interim Rules and Regulations. Except as provided herein, the regulations, standards, procedures, and all other such aspects related to the regulation of the functions and operations of the regulated entities that may be in force when this Act becomes effective, shall continue to apply until amended or repealed by the Commission, pursuant hereto.
