§ 8452. Applicability of Chapter. The provisions of this chapter apply only to members first hired on or after the effective date determined under § 8454, or to Class I and Class II members of the Northern Mariana Islands Retirement Fund defined benefit plan who meet the conditions required under § 8458 for transfer into the defined contribution plan.
