DIVISION 8: PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT

§ 8477. Non-guarantee of Employment. The provisions of this chapter also are not a contract of employment between an employer and an employee, nor do they confer a right of an employee to be continued in the employment of an employer, nor are they a limitation of the right of an employer to discharge an employee with or without cause.
