§ 8489. Effect of this Chapter on Other Provisions in this Part. This chapter is remedial in nature and therefore should be interpreted and construed broadly consistent with the intent of this chapter. It is intended that this chapter supersede other provisions of Title I, Division 8, Part 3 which are inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter. Source: PL 17-82 § 4 (September 11, 2012).
