§ 8541. Representation by a Public Member of a Board, Commission, or Council. (a) A public member of a board, commission, or council may represent a client or constituent before a Commonwealth governmental entity if the member files a disclosure statement with the agency and with the board, commission, or council on which the member serves, stating the services rendered. (b) A public member of a board, commission, or council is not required to file a disclosure statement for representation on a purely ministerial matter that does not require discretion by the governmental entity.
