§ 8573. Invalid Actions. All Commonwealth contracts shall include a provision requiring compliance with this part. Any contract negotiated, entered into, or performed in violation of any of the provisions of this part shall be voidable as to the Commonwealth. Any permit, license, ruling determination, or other official action of a Commonwealth governmental entity applied for or in any other manner sought, obtained or undertaken in violation of any of the provisions of this part shall be invalid and without any force or effect whatsoever.
