Bureau of Motor Vehicles: Establishment. (a) There is in the Department of Public Safety a Bureau of Motor Vehicles. (b) The bureau shall succeed to and is hereby vested with all the powers, duties and jurisdiction now vested in the present office of each department exercising such functions.
