Limitations. The Department of Public Safety shall not send the personal data of an applicant for: an instruction permit, driver’s license, driver’s license renewal, provisional driver’s license or identification card, renewal or duplicate to Selective Service, where the applicant can show that he is exempt from the provisions of this Act.
