Safety Inspections: Suspension of Registration for Noncompliance. The court may order the suspension of the registration of any motor vehicle upon determination that the vehicle does not have a valid certificate of safety inspection, does not display any required sticker or other identification with respect to inspection status, or has not been submitted for reinspection within one month after a notice of deficiency is given.
