Jurisdiction of Courts. Unless specifically stated otherwise in this chapter, the Commonwealth Superior Court has jurisdiction over any causes of action, injunctions, or other court actions or remedies contained in this chapter, provided that any such actions may be removed to the United States Federal District Court for the CNMI as provided by federal law.
