§ 9125. Stowaways. A stowaway signing the vessel’s articles is entitled to wages, but not to maintenance and cure as provided in this chapter. The master shall discharge the stowaway at the first convenient port of call. Nothing in this section shall require a stowaway to be signed on shipping articles. Source: 19 TTC § 207.
