§ 9144. Death on Board: Issuance of Death Certificate. Where a death has been reported in accordance with the requirements of 4 CMC § 9143, the office of the director shall issue a death certificate containing the particulars set forth in 4 CMC § 9143 upon the request of anyone having a legal interest.
