Repatriation; Loss of Right. A seaman shall forfeit his right of repatriation in case of: (a) Desertion; (b) Entering into a new agreement with the same owner after discharge; (c) Entering into a new agreement with another owner within one week after discharge; (d) Criminal offenses under 4 CMC §§ 9163, 9165 and 9166; or (e) Unjustifiable repudiation of the shipping articles.
