§ 9173. Director to Make Rules and Regulations. The director may make rules and regulations not contrary to the provisions of this chapter relating to conditions and terms of employment, wages, vacations and leaves, hours of work, repatriation, minimum age, and compensation for sickness, injury or death of masters, seaman and seagoing laborers employed on vessels documented under the laws of the Commonwealth. Such rules and regulations, when signed and approved by the Governor, shall have the force and effect of law. Source: 19 TTC § 232.
